Booking Policy
All bookings must be confirmed online. Cancellations or reschedules should be made at least 24 hours prior.
Operating Hours
Spa services are available from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, Monday to Sunday.
Payment Policy
Full payment or deposit may be required to secure a booking. We accept cash, card, and online payments.
No-show Policy
Clients who fail to show up without notice may incur a service fee.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Refunds are only applicable under certain conditions. Please review our full policy before booking.
Health & Safety Policy
Clients must disclose any medical conditions. Spa reserves the right to refuse service for safety reasons.
